Who are the expected participants to the Global LHL Summit?

Civil society organizations (NGOs, community organizations, International NGOs, academe, research institutions, etc.); Donors; Government; representatives from intergovernmental bodies; UN; private sector; other humanitarian actors/agencies who are interested and/or engaged in the localization agenda.

Do I need to register for the event?

Yes - you do need to register to gain access to the content of this event.

How do I register to the Global LHL Summit?

Online registration is required. You can register from this link (give link).

I have registered - when will I receive my log-in access?

You will receive your Welcome email from us within 48 hours of registering. The login details will be provided in the email.

What time zone is the event in?

This year's online Summit will be held on July 26 to 27, 2022, 9:00-11:00 AM GMT & 12:00-2:00 PM GMT each day. After you register, you will receive a calendar invite calibrated to your local time zone.

Is there payment to attend the Global LHL Summit?

Attendance to the event is free.

Where will the event be held?

This is an online event. You do not have to travel to any specific location to become a part of the event. You can participate from anywhere if you have Internet access. The event is accessible from desktop, mobile and tablet devices.

Can I get access to the presentations and conference /session reports after the Summit?

Conference report as well as link to presentations will be provided one month after the Summit. You will find this in the event website.

Can I get access to the list of participants and their contact details?

A directory will be provided for participants who provided consent for their contact details to be shared. This will be available in the event website one week after the event.

Can I get access to the names and contact details of resource persons?

A directory will be provided for resource persons who provided consent for their contact details to be shared. This will be available in the event website one week after the event.

What is the official language for the Summit?

English is the official language for the Summit. However translations in major languages will be provided.

Will there be interpreter for non-English resource persons and participants?

Yes, interpretation is available for the following languages (Arabic, Bahasa Indonesia, Spanish and French).

How do I connect with other participants?

During the event itself, you will be able to see participants who consented to have their profiles visible in the in the event platform.
